Reborn Baby Return and Exchange Policy
Since reborn babies are handmade and personalized products, each one is unique. Therefore, returns are not accepted except for the situations specified below.

Exchange
Product is faulty: In case of an error or deficiency during the production process, we can replace your product free of charge.
Wrong product sent: In case the wrong product is sent in your order, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible and receive the faulty product back.
What you need to do for exchange:

Contact us: Contact us by e-mail or phone, stating your order number and the reason for your exchange request.
Return the product: Send the product to us in its original packaging and undamaged.
New product: After the exchange process is completed, your new product will be sent to you.
Cargo Damage and Loss
Cargo company responsibility: If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the cargo company will be held responsible. In this case, we will initiate the necessary procedures to send a new product.
Non-Returnable Situations
Customized products: Since reborn babies are designed in accordance with the customer's special requests, returns are not accepted.
Used products: Returns of used or opened products are not accepted.
Time limit: If the return request is not made within the specified period from the date of delivery of the product, the return will not be accepted.

Order cancellation: "Since Reborn babies are meticulously prepared specifically for you upon your order, the production process begins immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel your orders after you confirm them."

Return procedures: You can contact us to get detailed information about return or exchange procedures.
Shipping fee: In case of exchange, the shipping fee of the new product will be covered by us. However, if the customer places an incorrect order or abuses the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
